The live-in studio is located in St. Moritz, just above the train station. Nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the Upper Engadin, the location can be a source of inspiration for artists seeking tranquility, solitude and untouched nature in the Swiss Alps. At the same time, St. Moritz and the region offer a vibrant art and cultural scene. Artists are not required to produce artworks for the residency. However, we would like to encourage artists to leave three A4 pages (or another form) at the end of their stay, which documents their stay and can become part of a long-term book project. The residency program takes place 2– 4 times a year and lasts between 2–4 weeks (by arrangement and depending on the needs of the artists). More information here.
We are offering two residencies for the period between September and November 2021. The application deadline is August 1, 2021.
